Huw Stephens has left Radio 1 after 15 years, with Phil Taggart departing after a decade.
Taggart and Stephens have been voices of Radio 1's specialist shows, with Edwards taking a brief stint on weekends too.
Both are expected to take on new radio projects with Stephens continuing his presenting on 6 Music and Radio Cymru, and Taggart planning a new venture for his love of chilled music.

Radio 1 Breakfast has ended its three-day weekend experiment with Greg James presenting five days a week from January 2021.
Adele Roberts will present Saturday and Sundays, with Arielle Free gaining the early breakfast slot on Monday to Thursday.
Matt and Mollie, current weekend breakfast presenters, will return to weekend afternoons to fill the slot left by Dev's departure.
